Cheesecake Factory Brunch Nashville TN

Sunday Brunch Nashville
Brunch 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sundays only.
Eggs and Omelettes served all day / any day.

Green Hills Mall 2133 Green Hills Village Drive Nashville TN 37215 - Map Bus Route

At first, I thought that the Cheesecake Factory would not be a place for brunch.  As I began remembering the fresh ingredients they use and the fact that I like the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and lunch, brunch was starting to sound very tasty.  So I decided to give them a shot.

I've sampled brunch there twice and it was very good.  Everything you order at Cheesecake is fresh.  I've always noticed that their food just tastes better and I attribute this to them making everything from scratch and always keeping fresh ingredients on hand.

Something to consider for all breakfast lovers out there, Cheesecake serves eggs and omelettes ALL DAY.  So if you are in the mood for breakfast and want a different spot than your normal run of the mill or you can't make it there for the brunch menu which ends at 2:00, Cheesecake will not disappoint for breakfast.

Service:
We ate at the bar and as usual the bartenders are very exceptional. My server's name was Rouse (rhymes with mouse). In my opinion, I think you get better service at the bar than a table.  I've noticed that people genuinely like working at the Cheesecake Factory and it shows.  The bar is also a great choice for a cocktail outside of brunch.  You never think of Cheesecake for the bar, but the service is always great and if you are taking a female they have all kind of fruti-tooti drinks they whip up with fresh juices.

Drinks:
Mimosa - it was awesome.  They put a fresh strawberry on the glass, good to know if you are into that sort of thing.

Meals Reviewed:

California Omelette (served all day everyday) - If you like cheese and avocado you are probably going to love this thing.  As always with Cheesecake, the portions are hugetastic.  If you are going with someone who likes sharing a dish, splitting anything there is always a good choice.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes - This dish is amazingly good and impressive.  Extremely moist and almost like a lemon dessert cake.

Eggs Benedict - You can get your eggs Benedict two ways, one with the traditional ham and Hollandaise and/or you can add fresh spinach, bacon and grilled tomato.  I added the extra stuff.  It was oustanding and the spinach was a very tasty and healthy addition.  If you don't like spinach, go traditional.  My advice would to to switch the ham to bacon on the traditional. I like my eggs Benedict with bacon instead of ham.

Price / Value:
No dollars figures.  I'll have to keep track of this next time I go.  I'm going to say a good value if you split a meal, if you don't then it is going to be a bit pricey especially if you add on adult beverages.

Cons:
Parking sucks. Valet or park near Ruby Tuesdays and walk.  Or... if you live anywhere on 21st Ave, Broadway or Hillsboro Pike, take the bus.  It runs every hour on Saturday and is scheduled to arrive at Cheesecake at 47 after.  Wait for a table can be a bit extreme.  Shoot for the bar.

Time / Location: Brunch 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Sundays only.  Eggs and Omelettes served all day / any day. Green Hills Mall 2133 Green Hills Village Drive Nashville TN 37215

Summary:
Thumbs up.  Downsides are the parking and potential wait for a table or the bar.  Service is great.  The food is awesome and very fresh tasting.  You can do traditional brunch food or try some new flavors.  Portions are huge, so sharing a dish is an option.  Can be a little pricey but you skip the alcohol and split a dish, it is a good value.

  1. I dare you to look at the Cheesecake Factory's nutrition facts! HA! I'm not in Nashville anymore, but by far the best brunch I've ever had was at the Copper Kettle. Try that one next - it's a buffet, so you can review anything and everything ($18-$20 for the buffet I think). And I've heard Sky Blue has improved.
